applies if not satisfied with Product** quality.
You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the delivery man.

ARBOX BD appreciates every single time you trust us with your purchase. We love to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all Products sold on arboxbd.com are brand new. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’, you can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within the next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have a Refund as well.

** Any damage items cannot be exchanged or returned. Any item sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, items sold under any Sale/Discount offer can be exchanged or returned only if you received defective or damaged products.

For Return or Exchange, please follow these steps

  • Please share the problems that you are facing or faced including your Order ID / Invoice and email us at [contact.arboxbd@gmail.com ]or contact us at the Hotline Number (+8801732-299465), within 24 hours.
  • We will confirm the exchange/return request and will inform you about the pickup/further process. Please ensure that the Product is in unused and original condition. Include all the price tags, labels, original packing, invoices, and the Products.
  • Please note that, in case of any exchange or return issue, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package. You have to notify us via mail or phone call and also you have to send us the product/s within 7 days.

We will bear the return delivery charge on –
If you have received a defective Product.
If you have received a physically damaged product.
If the Product is different from the description on the website.

You will bear the return delivery charge on –
If you change your mind & cancel the booking after the product is already delivered.

*Return can be occurred in two stages:
At the time of delivery (if we agreed before placing the order). After receiving a delivery and if the delivered product is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’.

Refund Policy:

Your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds are issued when We are unable to deliver the ordered product/s.
System error/wrong item price product order will be refunded.

If we are unable to provide a replacement.
If a different Product is delivered to you.

  • Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-15 days after we receive the return package.(Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
  • If you pay us by any mobile wallet (i.e. bKash, Rocket, Nagad), your money will be refunded within the same account within 5-7 working days.
  • If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you in between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given
