Delivery Policy and Charges

Delivery Charges For Smart Gadgets and Accessories:

Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - BDT 70
Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) - BDT 120
Express On Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - BDT 200

Delivery Charges For Smartphones and Tablets:

Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - BDT 100
Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) - BDT 200
Express On Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - BDT 300

For Cash On Delivery outside Dhaka, 1% extra Courier Condition Charge will be added with the total order amount.

For smartphones, tablets, gadgets or accessories weighted above 1 kg, delivery charge may increase according to the rules and regulations of the delivery service providing company/authority.

Any orders placed after 4.00 PM shall be treated as orders placed in the next working day.

Delivery Timeline:

For Regular orders (Inside/Outside Dhaka) Product will be delivered within 24 Hours to 96 Hours of placing the order.

For express delivery, one needs to place the order on the website within 4.00 PM to get the delivery within that working day. If the order is placed after 4.00 PM through Express Delivery, it will be delivered on the next working day.

Due to Bad Weather Condition or any natural calamities delivery timeline may change/extend without any prior notice.

Modifications to Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
